PID (Proportional Integrated and derivative)
As processed plants are diversified in one cascade control loop system,therefore every loop has its own o/p which is i/p of another loop with another o/p.
this control functioning is very important for the desired o/p to compete with the desired value,for this we use Proportional integral and derivative controller.
Which makes the whole process so easy and cost effective all the Values weather it is Processed Value(PV) or Set Value (SV) are derived by the operator manually in the controller according to its I/O,after that controller act as a comparator (make comparison),controller as an operator to perform on the task value set on it and our task to have desired o/p completed.
